1. General Information

1.1 WPT Global.com (the "Website" or "Site" or "WPT Global") is operated by SevenTip N.V, a company licensed and regulated under the laws of Curaçao as Gaming Services Provider N.V, holding a master gaming license 365/JAZ and registered in Zuikertuin Tower Curaçao (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"). Kashxa Limited, a Cypriot company registered under number 427606, whose registered office is at Aigyptou, 12, Nicosia, 1097, Cyprus, acts as paying agent on behalf of the licensee Seventip N.V.

1.2 This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions ("Agreement" or "Terms") which constitute a binding contractual relationship between the Company and any person ("Player", "you" or "your") who opens an account on the Website and uses the services on the Website, which includes without limitation the games on the Website (the "Services").

1.3 The contractual business relationship established by these conditions is governed by the laws in force in Curaçao and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao for any dispute relating to the conditions, the services and the website.

1.4 It is important that all players read, accept and agree to the following terms and conditions before accessing, registering or playing any game on this website.

1.5 By registering with the Company and/or using the Services and/or by ticking the box "I accept these Terms" (or any similar wording), you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety and without reservation. The Agreement therefore constitutes a binding legal document between you and the Company and will govern your use of our Gaming Services at all times;

1.6 If a player does not accept any of the following terms and conditions or does not wish to be bound by them, we strongly advise him/her to leave the website immediately and not to open an account with us.

1.7 The Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time and it is the Player's responsibility to read this page regularly (at least once a month). If there are significant changes to the Terms, the Company will notify the Player before the new rules come into effect via the Player's email address provided at registration (the "Registered Email Address"). It is the Player's responsibility to update his/her contact information as failure to do so may result in the Player not receiving important notifications and account information from the Company.

1.8 Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account. Players agree to maintain the confidentiality of their login information and are also solely responsible for any misuse of their account.

1.9. The Player will not hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, promoters or other agencies, media partners and retailers responsible for any costs or expenses incurred or liabilities or damages that may result from (i) entering, using or reusing the Website, (ii) using the Website materials, (iii) participating in the Games, or (iv) accepting any prize.

1.10. These terms and conditions may be available in more than one language. Although we endeavour to translate these terms and conditions accurately into other available languages, in the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and versions in other languages, the English version will prevail as the primary reference and in the event of any dispute.

2. Opening an Account

2. 1. Personal Information

2.1.1. Cyrillic, Greek, Arabic, and other non-Latin scripts are not allowed.

2.1.2. personal data must always be entered in Roman characters and, for control purposes, the documents requested and presented must contain the same data in Roman characters.

2.1.3 To play on WPT Global, a player must open an account in order to have access to the various products. To open an account, the player must follow the registration procedure. Upon registration, the player will be required to provide an "email address", a "country", a "username" and a "password". Before a deposit or withdrawal can be made, the Player must also provide the following information: "first name", "last name", "full address", including "city", "zip code", "valid telephone number", "gender" and "date of birth". The Player agrees to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. The Player further agrees to immediately inform the Company of any changes to such information.

2.1.4 The name registered on the player's account must match the player's legal name and identity. In addition, it must also match the name of the funding options (credit card, e-wallet, bank account) or other payment methods used to deposit or withdraw funds.

2.1.5 A player may only have one account. We reserve the right to cancel any additional accounts credited in any way to the same person and we reserve the right to retain all funds in such accounts. If you become aware that you own or have access to more than one Player Account, you must notify us immediately.

2.2. Password

2.2.1. The Player shall create a password consisting of at least eight (8) characters and containing upper and lower case letters as well as numbers.

2.2.2.2 A Player shall not disclose his/her usernames and passwords to third parties. It is the player's responsibility to keep account, username and password information confidential and secret. Any unauthorized use of a player's username or password is the sole responsibility of the player and shall be deemed use by the player.

2.2.3 If you suspect that your login details have been compromised by a third party, you must inform us immediately. A player is responsible for all activity on his or her account and all transactions will be considered valid if he or she has provided the correct login and password information and is assumed to be the player who originally registered with us.

2.3. Legal Age and Verification

2.3.1 The games offered on this website are only available to persons who are over 18 years of age or who have reached the legal age at which gaming activities are permitted under the law or jurisdiction that applies to you. Persons under the legal age are prohibited from registering, logging in, accessing or participating in activities on this website.

2.3.2 We reserve the right to check your background at any time, including but not limited to verifying player identity and age. For the avoidance of doubt, we may request additional documentation from you at any time, including to verify information or if you have breached this Agreement or any of our policies or procedures;

2.3.3 We reserve the right to request video interviews and enhanced KYC checks to verify information regarding previous play and poker knowledge. These processes include, but are not limited to, answering questions in a live video interview, a full enhanced KYC check with presence detection and/or, in exceptional cases, the user will be asked to play under security surveillance via webcam in order to compare their playing habits and poker knowledge.

2.3.4 If, after verification of age, it is found that a player is not of legal age, winnings will be forfeited and retained by the Company and the relevant account will be cancelled.

2.4. Profile Updates

2.4.1 In order to make changes to a player's registered personal data, we must receive and verify related supporting documentation and/or information issued by the relevant authorities in the player's jurisdiction (e.g. address update - proof of new residential address; surname change - marriage certificate; bank details - new bank details). We reserve the right to impose restrictions or terminate an account without notice in cases where we become aware of evidence of non-compliance or breach of these terms and conditions.

2.5. Serviced countries

2.5.1 All players are welcome at WPT Global. However, before attempting to open an account on the website, it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that he/she is not located in a jurisdiction where gambling is not permitted or is illegal and that the player is not in violation of any applicable gambling laws or regulations in that jurisdiction.

2.5.2. We do not accept players from the countries falling into the below categories:

Countries classified as high-risk or monitored jurisdictions by financial regulators.

4. Risk Management 

4.1 Players warrant that they will not use the Website for any illegal or fraudulent activity and that the source of any money spent by the Player on the Website will not come from any illegal or criminal activity.

4.2 The player is prohibited from selling or transferring his accounts and/or balance to other persons, as well as providing his login details to third parties. This prohibition includes the transfer of any property of value, including, but not limited to, account ownership, winnings, deposits, wagers, rights and/or claims relating to such property, whether legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition of the aforementioned transfers includes, but is not limited to, encumbrances, mortgages, pledges, assignments, usufructs, exchanges, brokerages, mortgages and/or gifts in connection with any trustee or other third party, company, individual or entity, trust and/or association in any manner whatsoever.

4.3 In order to verify the personal information provided at registration and to conduct background checks (which may be conducted at any time), we may ask the player to verify their identity and provide us with any documents we require to verify their registration details and financial information, including, but not limited to, copies of both sides of a government-issued ID, proof of address issued within the last three months, copies of both sides of the funding options/methods used on our website, or any other document to prove your funding source;

4.4 Copies of submitted documents must be clear, legible, in color and of good quality. Requested documents must be sent via the registered e-mail address or uploaded via the appropriate section of the application;

4.5 We reserve the right to impose restrictions or close accounts if registered owners fail to provide the required documentation within 30 days of request. Restrictions may also be placed on player accounts pending full verification to our satisfaction.

4.6 If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is attempting to evade security checks, providing false information, submitting falsified, stolen or manipulated documents, submitting documents that are not true and accurate and/or engaging in criminal activities, this will not only result in the immediate and irrevocable cancellation of the player's account and withholding of funds from the account, but the player will also be added to the operator's blacklist. Banks will also be informed, and the player will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.7 Players may only have one active account with us at any given time. Any similarity between multiple accounts that may be linked in some way to the same person may result in an investigation by our security department. If a player attempts to open more than one account on the site, they will be blocked. The company reserves the right to retain any deposits, winnings or bonuses that have been earned or obtained using another active player account.

4.8 We reserve the right, at any time and at our sole discretion, to verify a player's registration details and to request additional documentation in order to verify the information provided or obtained or simply to comply with applicable compliance requirements;

4.9 If the Company blocks or suspends your account, your access to funds, login, play, deposits and withdrawals (which may be a combination of the above) will be restricted.

6. Play

6.1. General

6.1.1 The Player agrees that deposits and withdrawals initiated on the Website may be processed by third party payment processors and/or financial institutions, referred to as "Payment Service Providers" (PSPs). In connection with such processing, Player irrevocably authorizes us to give instructions to such PSPs to process deposits and withdrawals from Player's Account and irrevocably agrees that we may give such instructions on their behalf. In addition, Player agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of each applicable PSP and in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the PSP's terms and conditions, this Agreement shall prevail.

6.1.2 By accessing and playing on our website, you acknowledge that by using the website, our services and/or associated software, you may lose money. Any losses incurred on a player's account are the sole responsibility of that player.

6.1.3 All funds are processed, tracked and deposited in the currency chosen at the time of registration, unless otherwise specified.

6.1.4 We may, at our discretion, implement systematic verification procedures to at least confirm the player's identity.

6.1.5 Transactions are monitored to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism. Suspicious activities are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6.1.6 By selecting a payment method, you agree to the terms and conditions and any posted fees or service charges that apply to all deposits and/or withdrawals made using that payment method.

6.1.7 Players must not treat the company as a financial institution. We do not tolerate activities aimed at saving or concealing money on our website, using our website primarily to transfer money from one payment account to another, exchanging currencies, etc., and we do not tolerate such activities.

6.1.8 For security and anti-money laundering reasons, we reserve the right not to execute or confirm financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments) to or from blocked, self-excluded or cancelled accounts. The same applies to accounts under investigation.

6.2. Deposits

6.2.1. When you open an account on WPT Global, the cashier page of your player account will display the payment methods available in your jurisdiction when you click on "Deposit". This may change from time to time at the Company's discretion.

6.2.2 Deposits on the Website are made solely for the purpose of accessing and using our real money games.

6.2.3 The Player undertakes to use only valid financial instruments that are legally owned by the Player.

6.2.4. When depositing crypto-currency, the player is responsible for the correct execution of the payment instructions. We do not provide compensation for payments sent to the wrong address or payments made via the wrong network.

6.2.5. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the deposit method and are determined solely by us. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time if we deem it appropriate.

6.3. Withdrawals

6.3.1 A player must first make a deposit and wager at least once before being able to withdraw funds from his/her account. All withdrawal requests are subject to transaction limits, which may be changed from time to time at the Company's discretion.

6.3.2 All additional amounts deposited into a player's account must be wagered at least once in full before they can be withdrawn.

6.3.3 When withdrawing crypto-currency, the player is responsible for the correct execution of payment instructions. We do not provide compensation for payments sent to the wrong address or for payments made via the wrong network.

6.3.4 It is important to note that it is your sole responsibility to declare and pay all taxes relating to winnings and other payments made to you. The Company may declare and/or withhold any amount of winnings if required by applicable laws or regulations.

6.3.5 Withdrawals from a Player may only be made to the account and payment method from which the Player originally deposited. If we are unable to do so, we will make withdrawals to an alternative account in the player's name once ownership of this alternative account has been confirmed and verified.

6.3.6 If you deposit funds using multiple payment methods, we reserve the right to split your withdrawal into multiple payment methods and process each portion through the appropriate payment method, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable rules and policies.

6.3.7 Any cancellation or refund we grant you (subject to clause 7) may be subject to security checks required by the company. In order for us to process a cancellation or refund, we may ask you to provide one or more of the following documents:  ;

6.3.7.1 Front and back copies of the card used or proof of e-wallet.

6.3.7.2 For Cards: The first 6 and last 4 digits visible on the front of the card.

6.3.7.3 Photo identification: a copy of both sides of the player's current photo ID. This can be a driver's license, passport or identity card.

6.3.7.4 Proof of address: (indicating the player's full name, address and the name or logo of the issuing organization) ;

We reserve the right to request additional information and/or documents concerning your age, identity, origin of funds and place of residence after the deposit or before the withdrawal or refund, in particular before the first withdrawal, in order to verify your personal and financial data before the funds are released to you.

If we do not verify your cancellation or refund within 30 days, we may cancel your cancellation or refund request (as applicable);

6.3.8 Once verification has been completed to our satisfaction, we will endeavour to process the withdrawal or refund within 72 hours.

6.3.9 Large selections may take longer to process as they must be thoroughly checked before being authorized by our security department. If the total amount of your pending withdrawals exceeds $2,500.00, the requested funds will be disbursed in increments of $2,500.00 per week until the total amount is paid.

6.3.10. Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits. We reserve the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4. Transfer of Funds

6.4.1. Players cannot transfer funds from one account to another.

7. Refund Policy

If you deposit real money into your account via Unlimint and do not use this deposit to place a bet, you may request a refund of the original deposit amount via Unlimint, provided there is sufficient real money in your account to refund the amount deposited. Any refund request must be made within 30 days of the date you deposited the amount into your account. Any refund is at the sole discretion of the Company and may be subject to such provisions of the General Terms and Conditions as the Company may decide to apply in respect of refunds.

8. Abandonment of Account Balance

8.1. If your account is not logged in and/or logged out for a period of more than thirteen (13) consecutive months (the "Waiting Period"), your account will be considered inactive.

8.2 If your account is considered inactive, you will be notified and if you do not withdraw the remaining funds (available for withdrawal) within thirty (30) days of the date the notice is sent, we are entitled to charge your account an administrative fee of $10 (the "Inactive Account Fee"), which will be deducted from your credit account balance beginning on the first day immediately following the cancellation period and will be charged every thirty (30) days thereafter.

8.3 Notices given via a registered email address shall constitute valid and effective notices under this clause.

9. Game

THIS SITE HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO OFFER SERVICES AND GAMES FOR PLAYER'S PERSONAL USE.

9.1 When available, players can enjoy the games in free demo mode without wagering real money, or they can log in and play for real money.

9.2 Players are prohibited from using devices such as robots or other external player assistance programs (EPAs) that interfere with the normal flow of the game and give the player an unfair advantage. Players are required to make their own decisions in the game without the aid of information other than that which they have obtained in the course of the game.

9.3 Players agree that measures will be taken to prevent the use of prohibited programs, which may include, but is not limited to, controls on software used in conjunction with the Poker Room software.

9.4 Bets are only confirmed once they have been received on our servers. If communication is interrupted after a bet has been placed and received on our servers, it will still be considered valid, regardless of the result. You will be informed that the bet has been confirmed when communication is re-established.

9.5 If a game is launched but fails or provides an inaccurate result due to an error in the game account management software and/or the game and/or the random number generator (RNG), all bets and winnings on that game will be void and the game account balance will be restored to the level prior to the launch of the game.

9.6 If a player cancels his/her session with the Company while the game is active, the amount of the bet will be refunded to the customer's betting account, unless the bet has already been placed in the game and transferred to the winning player.

9.7 If the Company erroneously credits a player's Account balance for any reason, we may reverse any amounts or bonuses that have been erroneously credited to the player's Account and/or, if an amount has been erroneously credited to your Account, the player must repay that amount immediately and/or we may deduct it from your Account. It is your responsibility to immediately inform the Company of the error as soon as you become aware of it.

9.8 In the event of a software or RNG error, the player will be refunded the amount of the bet and any winnings won by the player as a result of the bet will be forfeited;

9.9 We reserve the right to terminate the Game at any time, at our sole discretion and without giving any reason, in the event of technical problems affecting the Game.

9.10. The Company reserves the right to cancel any winnings received as a result of a server or game system error or other malfunction and, in such event, we will immediately refund the player and/or deduct the amount from your account. You waive all claims and damages in this respect. Players who exploit such technical errors will be prosecuted in the appropriate courts.

9.11 For our casino offer, a percentage of the player's payout applies. To find out the specific payout percentages for each game, players can consult the Return to Player (RTP) percentage indicated in the box corresponding to the game in question. The term payout percentage or RTP refers to the ratio of stake to winnings;

10. Bugs in the System

10.1 The exploitation of errors, programming faults or editorial mistakes to a player's advantage is prohibited and is referred to as "abuse". Each player is obliged to inform the Company as soon as he/she discovers an error. Players who abuse bugs for their own benefit will have their player account blocked for the time it takes our technical team to restore the player account to the state it was in before the bug in question was abused. The same rules apply to all players who may have benefited in any way from not reporting errors or irregularities.

10.2 Since all actions and modifications carried out on this website are recorded (registration, account modifications, purchases, withdrawals, bets, etc.), the company can restore the account to its initial state before any errors or programming errors occur in relation to the website's code of conduct.

10.3 If any of the above events occur and adversely affect the Player or WPT Global or the Company, as the case may be, the Player will be credited with any funds improperly lost, the Player's account will be debited with any funds improperly won and/or you will pay us the relevant amount won as a result of the error in question.

10.4 The Company will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has taken advantage of a situation, exploited or attempted to exploit an error, programming error or editorial error. After making this determination, the Company will decide what action to take, whether the account should be cancelled or closed. The player must accept in advance these rules and regulations and this mode of operation, as well as any decision that may be taken following the incident.

11. Complaints and Disputes

11.1 If, at any time, a player is dissatisfied with our products/services or feels that we have failed to meet their expectations, they may lodge a complaint with [email protected]with the word "complaint" in the subject field. The complaint will be immediately forwarded to our management. We will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible;

11.2 You agree that all disputes relating to the Services shall be governed by our registers;

11.3. Our decision with respect to any complaint and/or dispute is final and binding. 

11.4 Player has the right to bring unresolved disputes to Gaming Services Provider N.V via [email protected].

12. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

12.1 The services and/or the website are provided "as is". The Company makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Services and/or the Website, including as to condition, quality, fitness for purpose and/or accuracy. The Company further disclaims any responsibility for the absence of error, interruption or viruses or other harmful code in the Services and the Website, or for the accuracy of any information submitted to the Player.

12.2. The Company and/or its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third party for: (i) contractual, tort, negligence and/or other damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use and/or the use of the website and/or services by third parties, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of profit (including loss or inability to realize anticipated profit), business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary or consequential loss (even if we have been advised by you of the possibility of such loss or damage).

12.3 We and our affiliates will not be liable to you for any breach of these terms and conditions and in connection with the website and/or services due to a "force majeure event". Force majeure means any act beyond our control, which includes, but is not limited to (i) natural disasters (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, droughts, tidal waves and floods) ; (ii) war, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, acts of foreign enemies, mobilization, requisition or embargo; (iii) rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or civil war; (iv) riot, civil commotion, strike, lock-out or disruption; or acts or threatened acts of terrorism; and/or (v) epidemics or pandemics.

12.4. You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, their respective officers, directors and employees, immediately upon demand, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees and other costs that may result from: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) the prizes you have won; (iii) the violation of third party rights; (iv) your use of the Services and/or the Website; and/or (v) the use of the Services and/or your account by others who access the Services with your User ID, whether or not with your consent.

13. Prohibited Activities

13.1 You agree not to use the Website and Services for any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive and/or dishonest activities ("Prohibited Activities"). Examples of Prohibited Activities are set out in Appendix A - List of Prohibited Activities.

13.2 If the Company has reason to believe that you have engaged in or are associated with any form of prohibited activity, we reserve the right to block the suspected player's account, access to funds, login, play, deposits and withdrawals. We also reserve the right to issue warnings (two warnings may result in account cancellation) to players who violate prohibited activities, to conduct a thorough review and, if we deem it necessary, to permanently close a player's account (any attempt to create a new account may result in immediate forfeiture of funds), to withhold all funds from the account, to void your winnings in whole or in part and/or to recover from you any other amounts attributable to your participation or association with prohibited activities. Without derogating from the foregoing, we may suspend or restrict your account or limit your access to games and tournaments.

13.3 The Company may inform the relevant authorities, financial institutions or other relevant third parties of the Player's identity and suspected illegal or fraudulent activities.

13.4 For reasons of data protection, security and fraud prevention, the Company does not authorize the use of the communication channels included in the Services and/or the Platform to propose or promote offers, products or services (whether from a Player or a third party). It is expressly forbidden for a Player to publish information or contact our customers to propose or promote offers, products or services that have not been approved in advance by the Company.

13.5 We reserve the right to analyze the user's active software and processes to detect possible use of AI or RTA assistance.

14. Warranties and Representations

16. Termination of Your Account
